Spring came early this year with a busy Home Staging September!
Going against anticipated trepidation, the housing market in Auckland is BOOMING. Houses are selling, and we are so happy to continue be a part of it! Normally the staging silly season begins in October, however this year definitely saw a shift, with September definitely keeping us on our toes.
Moreover, more and more we are finding that the homes we are invited to stage include not only a second living space as standard, but often a third or fourth too! Now that equates to a LOT of cushions.
SO! With demand high, we invested in a whole new bunch of custom-made cushions to add to our styling collection… Excited to be using new patterns and textures, many of Septembers lucky homes reaped the benefits. How many can you spot?
