Acorn Furniture NZACA Stand

We were engaged to design a stand in collaboration with one of our favourite suppliers, Woodwrights, for their sister furniture brand, ‘Acorn Furniture’ who were exhibiting at the NZACA conference in Wellington.

The brief included specifying all fabrics and finishes for both the furniture itself and all flooring and walls for the stand.

The furniture for Acorn was designed specifically for the aged care market, so the materials and palette chosen had to fit in with the ages and lifestyles of the residents. Commercial-grade fabric with colour and pattern was imperative to give the residents a feeling of home and comfort.

The NZACA Conference was held in Wellington on 23rd October 2019.
